The date of possession would be approx. 30 months from the commencement of construction.

There are 1080 apartments planned in Phase 1.

Following are the number of Apartments on each floor:
6 apartments in Blocks E1 & E2
8 apartments in Blocks B & D
What are the options & charges for Car Parking space?
There would be two options for Parking: Open & Covered Car Parking for 4-wheelers. All charges would be mentioned in the Payment Schedule.
Will there be any Visitor's car parking facility?
Ample parking space would be provided for Visitors' to park their vehicles.
What would be the source of water?
The water would be sourced from the Kolkata Metropolitan Water & Sanitation Authority (KMWSA).
Would Sonar Bangla have a club? What facilities would be provided in the club?
Yes, Sonar Bangla would have a club. Phase 1 would have the following facilities: Gym, Recreation Centre, Community hall, Convenient Shopping Center etc. Sonar Bangla as a whole will have a centralized club planned to be spread over 2,79,625 sft comprising of swimming pool, badminton courts, tennis courts, restaurants, billiards room, library, gym, squash court and a bar.
